Brady, a dedicated family man and esteemed community member, has called Belle Plaine home for nearly two decades. Since moving to this charming town in 2005, he has been deeply invested in the well-being and growth of his community. He shares his life with his loving wife, Kassie, and together they are raising two wonderful children: their 9-year-old daughter Sawyer and their 6-year-old son Maverick. Brady's commitment to his family and community is evident in every aspect of his life as he is an involved coach for T-Ball and Coach pitch, 8U girls softball. He also runs the men's league softball and is the chair in the Belle Plaine Parks Commission.

Professionally, Brady has built a commendable career with the Minnesota Department of Corrections, where he has worked for the past 18 years. In his role as Lieutenant, he demonstrates exceptional leadership and communication skills, managing a team of employees and maintaining effective relations with the incarcerated population, his coworkers, and the public. His ability to navigate high-stress situations with poise and creativity is a testament to his problem-solving and risk mitigation skills.
